Standard support hours are Monday through Saturday 9 AM – 7 PM. Additional charges may apply for rapid response support or support outside of standard "business" hours.
All support provided by Affordable PC Support is covered under a 30 day warranty. However 30 day warranty will only cover the support rendered and does not represent a continuation of support. Example: Support needed / provided for a virus will not cover the computer getting infected again with viruses although still within the 30 day warranty.
For on-site support, a person of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period support is provided. IF the Support Rep arrives and there is not an Adult on-site to approve the requested support and assume responsibility of payment then SUPPORT MAY BE DENIED AND ALSO A $20 CANCELLATION CHARGE MAY BE APPLIED.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK UP ALL SOFTWARE AND DATA THAT IS STORED ON YOUR COMPUTER'S HARD DISK DRIVE(S) AND/OR ON ANY OTHER STORAGE DEVICES YOU MAY HAVE PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE SUPPORT REPRESENTIVE TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. AFFORDABLE PC SUPPORT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION OR CORRUPTION OF ANY SOFTWARE, DATA OR FILES.
